Our Suites.
We have installed new beds in all of our suites and
up-graded our bed linens to 1000 count Egyptian cotton
sheets and pillow shams. (A little luxury away
from home never hurt anyone!).
Our new telephone system allows free calls to Canada, the
United Kingdom, Hong Kong and many other countries. Our High Speed Internet at
600Kbps Burst is fast enough for companies running Citrix and other Remote
Management Software.
Our resident 'Techie' is available to help with connection
glitches and most computer problems. A small fee may may required for non
connection problems.
All rooms have Extended Cable TV please check out our suites.
We have differing amenities including DVD's digital cable and X-BOX games
console!A library of DVD's and games is available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that cancellations do happen. We try to be as fair as we can about them. We only have 6 suites, so if someone cancels at the last moment, and we cannot rent the suite, our business is decimated! - Please, give as much notice as you can so that we have a chance to re-let the suite. If we can't re-let, we will charge you for the suite, and send you a voucher for another night, when you can use your credit at any time. We have found this to be fair to you and to us.

This Old House. . . . . .
We fell in love with this wonderful historic property, now almost 110 years old! But of course, we are continually working to maintain the fabric of the property, and keep adding new facilities and better decor etc. We have just completed re-modeling our kitchen to accommodate 'Aunt Barbaras Victorian Tea Rooms'.
The Library has finally been completed so we now boast one of the finest Law Libraries in East Texas! All the Law Books are a very generas gift from Mr. James O Cure, a Pittsburg boy that has had his law firm in Temple, Texas for many years. We are indeed grateful to him!
We splashed out last fall on our magnificent two-tier Venetian fountain. There was only one place for it, - right in the front drive, to greet our guests with the relaxing sound of water! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do, and the rest of our small city.

The French Suite.
(King)
Often chosen as our Honeymoon Suite, We
imported the principal furniture from Paris,
France. Facilities include outside
deck, an en-suite bathroom, King Size Bed.
Mirrored Dressing Table and desk for
computer Etc. Remote-control Air
Conditioning allows you to set your own
level of comfort. A cooler and
microwave are also installed in this
delightful suite. High-speed internet and
cable TV, with free telephone service
ensures your modern comforts are with you!

The Windsor Suite. (Queen)
Often the preferred suite for the company executive this Suite has an en-suite
bathroom and X-Box for your gaming pleasure, an extensive games library is
available free of charge. Access to the front deck is also available directly
from this suite.
The extremely comfortable Queen Four-poster bed with high quality linens ensures
a peaceful night. Of course it has its own private en-suite bathroom with full-size shower etc . Guests can now order lunch, High Tea and dinner with us, Please ask when you book!

The Buckingham. (Full size bath,

This is our only ground floor suite that is also suitable for our disabled guests.
With huge king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom this suite also boats a
private refrigerator & microwave oven within its own circular library area. A
spa-tub and dressing room is planned for 2008- watch this space!

The Kent Suite. (Full size bath, Digital Cable,

Named for ' Garden of England' county, this suite has a huge bathroom, with
Victorian claw-foot tub, full-size separate shower, and a chaise-lounge to drape
yourself on! The new King-size SleighBed, withmasses of pillows and wonderful fresh
bed-linens ensures a restful night. We have now added the facility of
refrigerator and microwave. The new Wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Digital Cable service has The Encore Movies
and 200+ channels.

The Garden Suite

This pillow-top queen bed is a delight for those looking for a very
comfortable bed! This overlooks the yard at the rear of the property,
although much landscaping has still to be done.
This suite boasts a beautiful new bathroom with large corner shower,
Victorian pedestal wash basin
and plenty of space with natural light. New drapes and valances complete this very delightful suite.
